Selection Criteria
- Relevant and demonstrated experience in clinical procurement or experience in public sector procurement and is willing to undertake additional vocational training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement procedures within the Public Sector, including understanding of NSW Government purchasing policies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical products of a variety of specialties, and their application within the Operating Theatre.
- Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise extended autonomy of decision making.
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading a team to deliver required outcomes.
- Proven capacity to analyse key performance and financial data and make decisions based on information available.
- High level computer skills including experience with Microsoft, Excel, Web Research, Oracle procurement and all ISLDH IT applications relevant to clinical products.
