Selection Criteria:
- Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia ( with no restrictions on scope of practice)
- Demonstrated relevant Clinical Pharmacy experience (including paediatrics) in a busy hospital environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Self- motivation to improve/develop skills relevant to current practice
