- You are an exceptional communicator, particularly in discussions about death, dying, and conflict resolution.
- You are emotionally intelligent, reflective, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
- You are highly adaptable, able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced and emotionally challenging environment.
- You are resilient and demonstrate integrity while working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a recent background in acute medical or palliative care.
Essential Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post -registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes
