- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Relevant post graduate qualification (or working towards) in sexual health, Public Health or equivalent and at least 3 years recent experience working in the SHBBV clinical area.
- Prior involvement in research and/or quality assurance/quality improvement projects (including maintaining relevant documentation and accurate and timely data collection).
- Demonstrated ability to exercise extended autonomy of decision making while working as part of a multidisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
- Demonstrated skills in the facilitation of quality improvement/assurance projects and audits.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the ability to apply professional and ethical boundaries in clinical practice.
