About Your Role
The Clinical Nurse Specialist 2 Child and Family Health (CNS2CFH) is an expert Child and Family Health Nurse who is a leader, role model, resource person, clinical supervisor, and mentor within the Child and Family Health Nursing team.
They collaborate with the multidisciplinary health team and key community partners to help families with children 0 to 5 years to achieve optimal health and development.
The CNS2CFH uses a Family Partnership Model to work with families, including families with complex needs.
They may be required to provide clinical supervision and support for colleagues and actively contribute to clinical practice improvement across the Child and Family Health Nursing stream in consultation with the Child and Family Health leadership team.
