- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of the employees specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- Highlight the main factors driving your interest in this position and express what aspects of joining the Fairfield Hospital Nursing team motivates you the most?
- Balancing patient-centered care amid conflicting priorities is a challenge. How do you manage your time effectively to ensure patient needs are consistently met? Can you provide an example that demonstrates your ability to prioritize patient care in the face of competing agendas?
- Can you describe your experience in managing patients with respiratory conditions such as Asthma, COPD, and those requiring Spirometry? Could you also share specific examples of how you have assessed, treated, and educated patients in ward-based settings?
- Please describe a time when you had to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement a complex care plan. How did you ensure effective communication and coordination?
