Are you an experienced paediatric nurse wanting to support nurses in their professional development journey? The CHW nursing education team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for teaching and providing quality, evidence-based education to our Virtual and Casual pool nursing team

What you'll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join the nursing education team to support staff in the delivery of high-quality paediatric care. Working across the hospital, you will have opportunity to hone your education and leadership skills by assisting with the development of the casual nursing staff.                                                
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) will be responsible for the delivery and evaluation of clinical education programs for the casual and virtual nursing teams. The CNE will work in collaboration with the Network Nurse Education Manager, Nurse Manager of Staffing, Nursing Unit Managers and the Nursing Education team to deliver competent nursing education. 

The Clinical Nurse Educator will work in collaboration with education’s stakeholders to support staff across the facility.  The successful applicant will have a passion for education and advanced skills in nursing.
