About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a passionate clinician to expand their skills in providing clinical education and support in respiratory and renal care. You will play a key role in supporting the care of patients undergoing inpatient peritoneal dialysis while contributing to staff development.
What You'll be Doing
Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants, to support the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service and enhanced patient outcomes.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Describe your experience in clinical education, including your understanding of competency-based assessment and how you apply adult learning principles when developing and delivering education programs.
- Provide examples of how you deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care in your nursing practice.
- Tell us about a time you communicated effectively within a multidisciplinary team and how you engaged with patients, carers, or families in a respectful and professional manner.
- Explain how you use critical thinking in your nursing practice and how you contribute to safety, risk management, and quality improvement in your workplace.
