Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or relevant skill sets or currently enrolled in the program.
- Relevant clinical post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and evaluation of ward/unit education programs.
- Experience in clinical teaching utilising adult learning principles.
- Effective communication (written & verbal), organisation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to utilise information technology systems including: Microsoft Office applications and Cerner.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
