Remuneration: $109,684.57 - $113,243.15 p.a. + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will support new and existing staff at the Acute services, delivers clinical teachings as per appropriate standards and policy. You will receive support from the CNE and Health Service Manager network across the New England North West. Your typical day or week will involve facilitating training, mentoring staff, providing hands-on support in the clinical setting, and overseeing educational initiatives.
The successful candidate:
- Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Holds relevant qualifications (or be willing to obtain) or assessor status for clinical competencies such as Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Indwelling Catheterisation, Peripheral Intravenous Cannulation
- Has a strong clinical background
- Highly developed communication skills for effective patient and team interactions
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and continuous improvement
