What you will bring to the role:
- Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA with a minimum five (5) years postgraduate experience and a minimum of three (3) full time experience in Critical Care (current).
- Post graduate Qualifications in Critical Care nursing.
- Clear and demonstrated ability to form functional working partnerships with key service stakeholders, within a multidisciplinary context.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, analysis, review, evaluation and redevelopment of service programs, policy, procedures and education strategies, within a multidisciplinary context, related to the speciality area.
- Clear ability to utilise Health Improvement principles in practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Demonstrated professional leadership qualities.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
