About the role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 (People and Culture – Recruitment: Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination) provides expert nursing services in this specialised field, supporting safe and efficient workforce recruitment and patient care.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver advanced clinical leadership, consultancy and coordination of OS&V services across the NNSWLHD. You will be responsible for ensuring applicants and employees meet NSW Health vaccination and screening requirements, enabling timely recruitment and clinical practice.
Key responsibilities include conducting OS&V assessments as part of the recruitment process in line with NSW Health policy, providing expert advice to applicants to streamline their onboarding, and ensuring follow-up plans for ongoing compliance are implemented.
