Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 - Mental Health Adult Inpatient Unit - Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service

1. Current Registration with AHPRA as registered Nurse with minimum five years full time equivalent post qualification experience, with at least three years fulltime equivalent experience in the specialty field and post graduate qualifications relevant to the field of practice.
2. Appropriate post graduate qualifications working towards same or commitment to commence approved post graduate qualification within 12 months.
3. Proven Clinical leadership skills in mental health nursing, with demonstrated ability to deliver and evaluate quality patient care.
4. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy
5. Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development for self and others
6. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
7. Commitment to consumer consultation and participation in service planning and delivery, policy development and implementation, priority setting and service evaluation and quality activities.
