About the role

Working across Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) to facilitate a collaborative, inclusive and participatory approach to providing person centred care for all patients with cognitive and behavioural concerns to ensure a safe working environment and positive patient outcomes. Providing risk management guidance and strategies for NNSWLHD facilities and services to ensure safe, healthy and productive services are maintained, and a safe environment is provided for all staff and patients. Leading the implementation and support of actions primarily to prevent and then safely respond to behaviours of concern using patient-centered, evidence-based care and treatment as a key strategy.
