  1. Current Authority to Practice as a Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate.
     Successfully completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in clinical education and/or clinical training or a current technical qualification in workplace training and assessment
  2. Please elaborate on how your skills and experiences align with the role requirements, and highlight what you will bring to add value to the South Western Sydney Local Health District?

  3. Highlight the main factors driving your interest in this position and express what aspects of joining the South Western Sydney Local Health District excite you the most?

  4. Give an example of your approach to tailoring educational content for adults in a workplace setting, taking into consideration diverse learning styles, and how you plan to adapt your strategies to ensure effective skill transfer and development within the team?

  5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
