- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health field and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Significant experience in clinical care or management of mental health services.
- Demonstrated expertise in the analysis, interpretation and/or use of health data.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in designing and implementing clinical benchmarking or performance improvement activities.
- Demonstrated high level of understanding of state and national policies, structures and responsibilities relevant to data collection, analysis and use in NSW mental health services.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in project management and implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven experience in managing a team.
