  2. Current full registration with AHPRA and Masters or Doctorate level post-graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or Child and Adolescent Mental Health. The postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years full time duration (or part-time equivalent) and include professional clinical coursework, clinical training and supervised placement experience as core components.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of adolescents with high level acuity of mental health issues. Knowledge and expertise in contemporary practices in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
  4. Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership, service coordination and support to a multi-disciplinary
    team.
  5. Experience, knowledge and skills in care planning, family engagement referral and follow up.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and refine strategic relationships.
  7. Experience in project work or service development activities, that involve planning, developing, implementing, reviewing and evaluation of new initiatives within a health service context.
  8. Current NSW Drivers License.
