Where you'll be working:

Join the team at Manning Hospital in Taree, located in the stunning Manning Valley—just two hours north of Newcastle and surrounded by pristine beaches and scenic bushland.

Manning Hospital is a 202-bed facility offering a diverse range of clinical specialties. As a Clinical Dietitian, you’ll provide services across a broad patient case mix while working in a dynamic, well-respected Nutrition and Dietetics team. Our dietitians are motivated, evidence-based practitioners who are passionate about professional development and sharing knowledge in a supportive, team-focused environment.



About the role:

Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. In this role, you will:

  • Provide evidence-based, patient-centred nutritional care across multiple clinical areas
  • Collaborate with patients, carers, and healthcare teams to support optimal health outcomes
  • Maintain professional and organisational standards set by Dietitians Australia and Hunter New England Health
  • Participate in structured orientation and Professional Practice supervision to support your transition into the role

This is a varied and fulfilling position that supports your clinical growth and development.



About you:

You're a motivated and collaborative clinician who:

  • Has a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care



Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Eligibility for full membership with Dietitians Australia
  • Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practice
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence (if applicable for outreach work)
