Salary Range: $113,243.15- $116,963.48 per annum + 12% super and benefits
Location: Aeromedical Control Centre, Eveleigh (relocating to State Operations Centre)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Aeromedical Control Centre Clinical Nurse Specialist (ACC CNS) triages, facilitates the provision of clinical advice and sources an appropriate receiving hospital when required for acutely and critically ill patients. The ACC CNS2 monitors patient transfer to ensure clinically appropriate progress and provides ongoing education and support to rural health workers in accordance to policy frameworks available. Ongoing permanent employment is subject to the successful completion of an initial 8-week fulltime training program.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
- Registered Nurse with minimum of 5 years patient facing clinical experience with at least 3 being critical care areas – Emergency Department / Intensive Care / Critical Care etc.
- Relevant post graduate qualifications, such as a graduate certificate in emergency, critical care, intensive care, aviation nursing or similar, and above.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work as a member of a team and act as a resource and mentor to others in relation to clinical practice.
