  • Qualifications in Health / Health Sciences or equivalent work experience in a Cerner health environment. (Extensive clinical experience in hospital environments).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare project documentation, analyse, interpret policies, procedures and standards, give presentations and liaise effectively at all levels & demonstrated proficiency in Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of managing multiple tasks and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience as a change agent and in providing advice on and interventions for complex change issues across ICT programs.
  • Current NSW drivers' license and willingness to travel to all facilities within Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes.
