- Possession of appropriate tertiary qualification plus relevant post graduate qualification, working towards same or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and effective management in a complex, multi-disciplinary and evolving mental healthcare service provision environment.
- Significant clinical experience and competency, and demonstrated ability working at a senior management level, within a recognised mental health setting.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advance the achievement of required outcomes in areas of responsibility.
- Proven capacity to lead service redesign and manage change.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary child and youth mental health care practices and principles.
