What you will bring to the role:
- Undergraduate Degree (Medical Radiation Science for appointment as a Medical Radiation Scientist) and Post Graduate Qualification in Medical Ultrasound as recognised by ASAR.
- Registration with ASAR.
- Demonstrated high standard of knowledge, clinical experience in obstetric ultrasound across a range of examinations.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and management to a busy Imaging Department, including staff performance management, equipment procurement, financial control, promoting a positive workplace culture and accreditation requirements.
- Experience with NSW Health IT Applications including Healthroster, IPM, IMS plus and ROB.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal Continual Professional Development as well as developing the leadership and clinical skills of team members.
- Demonstrated an interest or participation in Leadership and Management Training
