- Operating theatre experience
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills in a service delivery environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Commitment to teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manual handling skills
- Experience in use of internet, intranet, Heti online and Stafflink programmes
- Proven ability to provide and maintain a safe workplace environment
