1. What role do you believe innovation should play in a health services setting? Can you give an example of a game changing innovation (clinical or non clinical) you personally led and why you assess it as such?

2. Describe your vision of NNSWLHD five years from now and what you see as the initiatives that you will need to take in the first 100 days towards achieving your vision?

3. Given the competing and increasing demands on the resources of LHDs to deliver safe high quality health services, where do you place environmental sustainability (including the impacts of climate change on the health of our populations) amongst these priorities and how would you incorporate Environmental Sustainability and Healthcare in health service operations?
