- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health / health sciences, Digital Health or management or equivalent demonstrated extensive health industry experience.
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment. This includes expert knowledge of health processes and demonstrated experience in implementing large clinical programs.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
