Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience to lead and implement of change management for technology and non-technology projects and initiatives.
- Curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation with the ability to offer assistance to colleagues.
- Proven ability to coordinate work and manage to project schedules while flexibly adapting to changing circumstances.
- Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing multiple stakeholders and customers with competing priorities and changing expectations to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
