Targeted Questions:-

  1. Please explain your qualifications and experience leading change and embedding adoption in a large complex environment? How would you apply your experience in an ICT Health setting?

  2. Please explain your experience and provide examples of strategies you employ to identify, engage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large complex environment.

  3. What are some of the typical obstacles or barriers you encounter at work that make it difficult to achieve required goals? How do you usually handle these? How successful is this? Can you provide some specific examples that illustrate this approach?
