About the Opportunity
We have an amazing opportunity for passionate and driven Intake Officers to join our new Centralised Oral Health Intake and Information Service located at Bolger Street, Campbelltown. There are multiple permanent roles available in a full time or part time capacity.  You will be required to work Monday - Friday between 8am - 4:30pm.

Working within a Call Centre environment, you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service assisting people with their dental enquiries. These roles would suit professional candidates that are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for the efficient customer focused intake and information service for the Oral Health Service South Western Sydney Local Health District, including answering incoming telephone calls, providing accurate information to patients regarding their dental care, making required dental appointments and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Intake & Information Service.

SWSLHD Oral Health Services provide essential dental care to eligible residents across South Western Sydney.

 

Covering the local government areas of Bankstown, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wingecarribee, and Wollondilly, these services include general dental care, emergency dental treatment, and specialised programs for children and vulnerable populations.

 

The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible treatment. With convenient locations and a strong focus on community health, SWSLHD Oral Health Services offer a supportive and enriching work environment for dental professionals.

  1. Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience. Experience working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
