Join Our Team as a Senior Clinical Coder!
Are you an experienced Clinical Coder looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Clinical Coder to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely clinical coding services.
As a Senior Clinical Coder, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality complex clinical coding while adhering to Australian Coding Standards (ACS). Reporting to the District Clinical Coding Manager, you will provide expert advice, identify education opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement in documentation and coding quality.

About You
- Qualified & Experienced: Completion of an ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS coding course or a Health Information Management degree, with hospital coding experience across a broad casemix.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of DRGs, Activity-Based Funding (ABF), and their application in healthcare.
- Organised & Communicative: Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads, and strong written/verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Tech-Savvy & Growth-Oriented: Proficient in MS Office, PAS systems, decision support software, and committed to ongoing professional development.
