This role is community based with Monday to Friday hours, no nights, no weekends, just the opportunity to deliver meaningful care while enjoying genuine work-life balance.
About the Role
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based respiratory nursing care across community clinics and home settings.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and education tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Empower patients, carers, and families with strategies for self-management and long-term wellbeing.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, GPs, and external providers to reduce hospitalisations and improve health outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based service innovation.
- Monday to Friday (days negotiable with successful candidate).

About You
You are a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse who thrives on building strong partnerships with patients and families.
You will bring:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Clinical experience in respiratory services and/or community health, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and through digital health systems.
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, and accountability in managing your caseload.
