About You
- You hold current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- You have a minimum of two years’ experience working in residential aged care, community nursing, or a similar setting where care of older people is central to your practice.
- You are eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted work rights are required). You’re looking to broaden your clinical scope in a hospital environment and are motivated to grow your skills in acute geriatric care.
- You demonstrate sound clinical judgement, excellent time management, and a proactive team approach.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families and colleagues, and understand the importance of documentation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- You take pride in delivering person-centred care with empathy, professionalism and respect.
About the Role
