Central Coast Local Health District are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist Level 4 to lead and shape the delivery of exceptional physiotherapy services within the dynamic environment of our Paediatrics Department.

About the Role
In this role you will provide day-to-day oversight to the Paediatric service across CCLHD, including managing waitlists, resource allocation between sites, monitoring and reporting service activity, and supervising senior (Level 3) and junior (Level 1/2) staff members. This position is also responsible for providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting. Extensive clinical experience in managing a Paediatric caseload is essential.

About You
- You have a Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA), and a current valid Australian driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel across sites for meetings and clinical
care provision. - You have extensive clinical experience in assessment and management of Paediatric conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing a clinical service or team and proven ability to effectively prioritise and organise team’s and own work and caseload.
