Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (Level 1) to oversee our innovative Virtual Care and Triage service, alongside our dedicated Aged Care Response Team.
About the Role
- In this role, you'll manage a nursing team who deliver care in the community setting with a focus on avoiding unnecessary hospital presentations alongside, supporting and monitoring clients virtually and face to face living at home in the Community.
- This role manages strong linkages with Ambulance NSW and local Urgent Care Services.
- This position will report to the Nurse Manager of the Central Coast at Home Team
- Days and Hours per Week: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

About You
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with extensive recent post registration clinical experience and knowledge of current nursing and midwifery issue
- Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to coach, lead, manage and support a clinical team
- A current NSW Driver's Licence
- NSW Health National Criminal Record Check
