The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is looking for a committed and experienced Administration Officer to join our Mental Health Services team in a full-time temporary position.


This Level 4 role is essential in delivering high-level administrative support to help ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our mental health programs and services.
The position will specifically support the Mental Health Aftercare Services and managers related to the programs.

 

 

About the Role

  •        Manage resources to ensure the delivery of services or the successful completion of projects. Utilising policies, processes, procedures and other information, make decisions to support the service delivery of the department.
  •        Review operational systems to ensure they are effective and promote the service needs of the department.
  •        Manage and apply time management to workflow priorities in a conflicting environment.
  •        Work with little formal guidelines, usually under limited direction as to work priorities and the detailed conduct of the task.
  •        Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About You

  •          Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative services in an environment of limited supervision.
  •          Strong skills in managing confidential and sensitive information
  •          Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  •          Utilising judgement and initiative to provide high level of administration support and customer service.
