Casual Radiation Therapist

- Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science - Radiation Therapy, accredited by the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT) and eligible for licensure by the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) NSW and eligible for registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of radiation therapy multimodality image based treatment planning and treatment delivery that may include TBI, SRS, Exactrac, 4DCT and 4DCBCT, IMRT and VMAT, MLC tracking.
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls in radiation therapy.
- Demonstrated proven ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate interest in continuing professional education, research and quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute to the collection and review of evidence to support evidence based practice.
