​​​​​​​Selection Criteria

  1. Current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Acute Care).
  2. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrated ability to document every occasion of service in an accurate, concise, contemporaneous, objective, complete, relevant, timely and legible manner.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality, efficient and effective person centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
  4. Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with policies and Procedures of the Far West Local Health District and NSW Ministry of Health.
  5. Clear understanding that tasks and clinical practice is delegated and supervised by the Registered Nurse at all times.
