Remuneration: $72,285.58 - $73,940.16 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Breast Assessment Administration Officer (BAAO) provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Assessment and MDT Results clinic within the Data and Information team of Westmead BCI.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures and clerical support at a high level within a health organisation.
  2. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  3. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose quality correspondence, documents and reports in a professional and timely manner
  4. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible and creative manner
  5. Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines
  6. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with team members
  7. Demonstrated experience in the accurate and timely data entry of clinical information in a high volume work environment that requires a high level of attention to detail at all times.
  8. Demonstrated capability to use a wide range of hardware and software including multiple databases to complete work tasks.
