  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia OR Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the maintenance, repair and testing of electronic equipment.
  3. Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with an outstanding commitment to excellent customer service who can work independently and as a team member.
  4. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, seek solutions and apply your technical knowledge to resolve presenting issues.
  5. Experience in the use of Computer based asset management systems.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and a commitment to a high standard of service delivery.
  7. The willingness and ability to participate in a 24/7 on call roster to facilitate the provision of an out of hours emergency repair service for medical devices.
  8. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
