Expressions of interest are being sought from NSW Health staff wishing to apply to this eight (8) month internal opportunity. In order to be eligible to apply for this role, you must be an employee of NSW Health.

This is a secondment opportunity where you are required to have permission from your home agency to be released from your usual duties for the period.

About this role
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and implement projects which support the operational management of the centre, and to support the achievement of the Centre wide objectives in respect to financial management, human resources, procurement and contracts compliance, and administrative support.

Crown Clerk 5/6, salary from $93,295 - $102,941 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading

What you'll be doing

  • Support the operational management of CAOD, including contract and performance management, procurement and compliance, finance systems and budgetary management, human resource systems, and administrative process management
  • Coordinate and undertake administrative tasks including human resources processes for recruitment, onboarding and professional development; financial activities relating to the invoicing and payment for suppliers; and contract and performance management for suppliers


About you

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage own workload while being flexible and adaptable
