About the role:
Providing compassionate, person-centred support to aged care residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity in daily living activities. This includes assisting with essential tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and mealtime care, all tailored to meet individual preferences and needs.
Actively contributing as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with fellow Assistants in Nursing (AINs), Enrolled and Registered Nurses (EENs and RNs), Clinical Nurse Specialists, Medical Officers, and Allied Health Professionals.
Together, we deliver high-quality, holistic care that promotes the well-being, safety, and quality of life of each resident.
- Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year), or have equivalent experience.
