About the Opportunity

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to launch your career in commercial analysis? We're looking for an Assistant Commercial Analyst to join our Finance Portfolio and help drive data-informed decision-making across eHealth NSW.

As Assistant Commercial Analyst of our Technology Business Management team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through supporting the design and implementation of solutions that’s related to technology costs, services and performance.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and update the data structure and taxonomy in the TBM SaaS platform to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyse IT cost, performance, and usage data to uncover insights
  • support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and forecasts for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the TBMO SharePoint site with up-to-date content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capability to deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency and minimise errors.

 About You

  • Strong background in data or business analytics with skills in interpreting and visualising complex data.
  • Skilled in Power BI, Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with TBM frameworks, principles, or tools (e.g., Apptio, Nicus, ServiceNow TBM).
  • Educational background in Information technology and system administration.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, cloud cost management, or enterprise architecture.
