To be considered for this position, you will need to attach your resume and detail your experience, knowledge and capabilities in written responses to the Targeted Questions detailed below in the questionnaire and then submit your application.
- Provide an example of a time where you were the lead of a critical project or major enhancement in any of the HR, Payroll or HCM modules and demonstrate how you achieved a successful delivery.
- Provide an example where you were required to investigate and propose a solution for a complex problem relating to either legislation or policy that required a timely resolution and how you communicated your solution through to resolution.
- Provide an example where you have been required to work with internal or external stakeholders and were able to influence a successful outcome where the stakeholder may have had a different expected outcome and how you were able to convince them your outcome was more favourable.
