What you'll be doing
The Analytics Service Lead will
- provide leadership in the development of new and innovative ways of driving system-wide improvement through data processes, contemporary analytics methods and the science of improvement.
- build capability in analytics at all levels of the organisation, collaborate in the development and implementation of new systems and processes, and perform detailed analytical explorations to support the strategic priorities of the organisation.
- partner with service delivery teams/support services across the District in using healthcare intelligence and data analytics to drive organisational service improvement.
- champion the development of an information culture that drives continuous clinical and business improvement across the District as an enabler for safe/effective care.
- drive the open use of data in supporting innovation and research in the health sciences.
Please note that the role has a District remit and as such may be located at any location across the District.
In this key position, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-informed strategies and improvements across the hospital.
