Selection Criteria:

  1. Current unrestricted registration (general registration only, excludes limited registration) with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. Demonstrated experience in AN-ACC Assessments and Comprehensive aged care assessments & management of complex older patients/ clients.
  2. Demonstrated extensive specialist knowledge and experience in the Aged Care and Broad knowledge of the Aged Care Assessment Programme (ACAP), & other relevant government policy & initiatives in relation to older people & carers.
  3. Demonstrated recent experience in Change Management & the challenges associated with this.
  4. Proven ability to manage & support a multidisciplinary team, planning & coordinating work, coaching & developing staff, managing performance, including the ability to achieve performance targets, reporting deadlines & other key performance indicators.
  5. Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse & interpret information prepare high level written reports, deliver oral presentations, deal with challenges creatively & achieve business focussed solutions.
  6. Proven interpersonal, engagement, collaboration & negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain & use relationships with senior clinicians, staff, customers & stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrated organisational skills & experience working in a high volume & demanding professional environments with a capacity to prioritise competing demands & achieve results with a customer focused approach.
