Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Certificate III or IV in allied health assistance or other equivalent and relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 12 months relevant full time equivalent experience as an allied health assistant.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and skills in manual handling of clients and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and organise a busy workload
- Demonstrated ability to independently undertake tasks, and clinical duties with clients once delegated and operate with minimal direct supervision
- Computer literacy, with the ability to use Office, email, and electronic patient record systems
- Current NSW State Driver Licence, including P1 or above, and willingness to use for work purposes. This may include driving long distances across NBM LHD.
