About the Opportunity
We're looking for an AI and Modern Workplace Developer to join our Clinical Systems and Transformation Delivery team at SDPR. In this role, you'll help shape the future of Clinical Applications Services by building sustainable software development capabilities. You'll work on cutting-edge frameworks, methodologies, and toolchains to turn business needs into powerful digital solutions that improve care and outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Drive end-to-end software development with a focus on sustainability, clear documentation, and well-structured, scalable solutions.
- Champion all software development initiatives by applying best practices, including design thinking and agile methodologies, while leveraging collaboratively selected toolchains.
- Foster innovation by empowering the team to explore new tools and technologies, ensuring solutions are modern, secure, and optimised.
- Manage resources and provide expert guidance to deliver software development projects on time and within scope.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions, including Generative AI, to solve complex healthcare or large-scale public sector challenges.
- Proven expertise in AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, and open-source tools, with strong skills in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and responsible AI aligned to public sector standards.
