About the Role
Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. Aged Health, Chronic Care & Rehabilitation (ACC&R) provides care to older people and people with disabilities, as well as rehabilitation for people recovering from illness or injury.
The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and carry out the administrative functions of the ACC&R Clinical Stream, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative services in a customer focused manner and in accordance with SLHD and departmental policies.
This position is based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, but will be required to work across sites at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Canterbury Hospital.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in delivering a high quality administrative service and managing change processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of customer focus.
- Familiarity with Cerner and/or experience with other patient management information systems and have completed or is willing to complete Medical Terminology training.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
