  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline (nursing, occupational therapy, social work, physiotherapy), with full AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work. Current NSW drivers licence.
  2. Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Written skills need to be precise, clinically sound and completed in a timely manner.
  3. Demonstrated discipline specific clinical experience working in relevant aged care settings and proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate, and implement appropriate care plans for older people.
  4. Have detailed knowledge of My Aged Care, related aged care programs and services with proven ability to use this knowledge to assess and support both routine and complex aged care presentations.
  5. Proven clinical skills in the assessment of dementia and other age related diseases.
  6. Proven ability to work independently as a clinician and collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary teams and to work flexibly across and within all ACAT sites.
  7. Demonstrated efficient keyboard skills with proven ability to use Microsoft Office Programs, electronic patient record systems and e-learning sites.
