Where you'll be working
Across the Northern Sydney LHD, but based at Mona Vale Hospital
What you'll be doing
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as per clinical discipline with full AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership of the relevant Australian peak professional body for the relevant discipline.
- Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Written skills need to be precise, clinically sound and completed in a timely manner. Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Programs, electronic patient record systems and e-learning sites.
- Demonstrated discipline specific clinical experience working in relevant aged care settings and proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate, and implement appropriate care plans for older people.
- Have detailed knowledge of My Aged Care, related aged care programs and services with proven ability to use this knowledge to assess and support both routine and complex aged care presentations.
