  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or relevant equivalent clinical work experience.
  2. Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change.
  3. Demonstrated experience in collecting and analysing data and information and the ability to use this information to produce high quality written reports.
  4. Demonstrated experience in service planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels.
  5. Current unrestricted NSW drivers license (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
